VIXIEES offers a cloud-based SaaS solution designed to optimize and systematize B2C sales processes, intended to enhance the leading CRMs/tools in the market and support sales teams that have not yet found the right solution to manage their sales processes.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Website, the User declares that they accept this Legal Notice in full and all of its terms of use. In any case, this Legal Notice is mandatory and binding; any person who does not accept its terms must refrain from using the Website and/or the services promoted by the Owner through it. These terms do not create any partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the Owner and the Users.

This Legal Notice governs the use of this Website, which the Owner makes available to persons who access it in order to provide them with information about its own solutions and/or those of third-party collaborators, and to facilitate access to and contracting of them.

Registration

In order to access the contracted solutions/features, prior registration is required. By registering as a Registered User, you confirm that you are of legal age, have the capacity to contract or have the express authorization of your legal guardian, and that (hereinafter also referred to as the “Registered User”) you accept all of the terms of this Legal Notice.

The Owner may suspend the service to any User who makes unethical, offensive, illegal, or improper use of the content or services of this Website and/or acts contrary to the interests of the Owner. Purposes and legal basis

Handling inquiries: Respond to User inquiries who contact us through the Forms or communication tools available on the Website, including interaction with the Virtual Assistant assisted by Artificial Intelligence. The lawful basis for processing is the User's consent, in accordance with art. 6.1.a) of the GDPR. Within the framework of this purpose, communications (including telephone calls) may be recorded and analyzed by Artificial Intelligence systems in order to transcribe the content, improve the service provided, and evaluate the interaction by analyzing Users' emotions. Likewise, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards. The lawful bases for processing are the User's consent, in accordance with art. 6.1.a) of the GDPR, and legitimate interest, in accordance with art. 6.1.f) of the GDPR.

Login through third-party accounts (Google or Microsoft): Manage login through third-party authentication services (such as Google or Microsoft) to facilitate the User's login. The lawful basis for processing is the User's consent, in accordance with art. 6.1.a) of the GDPR.

Contracting: Management of the contracting process for services selected by the User. The lawful basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which the User is a party, in accordance with art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR.

Free text fields

The free text fields that may appear in the Website forms, available to the User, have the sole and exclusive purpose of collecting information to improve the quality of the Services.

Use of Artificial Intelligence technologies

The Website may make available to the User automated interaction systems that use Artificial Intelligence, such as the virtual assistance chatbot. The sole purpose of these systems is to collect information to improve the services provided, the User experience, or customer service.

Interactions held with the Virtual Assistant may be recorded for the purpose of ensuring service security, resolving technical incidents, and improving the quality of the service provided.

The Virtual Assistant is not intended to build individual profiles or to make automated decisions that produce legal effects on the User.

Where applicable, if the technology provider of the system uses the information in aggregated and anonymized form for improvement or training of its Artificial Intelligence models, such processing will be carried out in accordance with current personal data protection regulations and in accordance with the Artificial Intelligence Regulation, ensuring that reidentification of Users is not possible.

The Owner of the Website will not transfer identifiable personal data to third parties and will retain the records only for as long as necessary for maintenance and service improvement purposes.

The User shall not include, in those spaces that the Website may offer as "free text fields", nor in conversations with the Virtual Assistant, any personal data that may be classified among those data for which a special level of protection is required, understood as such data, by way of example and not limitation, those relating to economic-financial situation, psychological profiles, ideology, religion, beliefs, trade union membership, health, racial origin and/or sexual life.

The virtual assistance system using Artificial Intelligence is based on automatic models that generate responses from language patterns. Although it is designed to provide useful and up-to-date information, its responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Therefore, the content provided by the Virtual Assistant is for guidance only and should not be considered professional or binding advice.

Non-mandatory fields

The Owner informs the User that the collection of some data is not mandatory, except in the fields indicated otherwise by an (*). However, failure to complete such data may prevent the provision of all Services linked to such data, releasing the Owner from any liability for the non-provision or incomplete provision of these Services.

Access to and rectification of personal data

The User undertakes to provide truthful information regarding their personal data and to keep the data provided to the Owner always up to date.
