The Before

Aroma Cafetero had 20 sales advisors, two business lines, and eight years in the market. Yuly Paulin Moná, its Sales Director, knew every advisor by name. What she couldn't know was what was happening in each conversation.

Each advisor managed their own WhatsApp and their own Excel sheet. There was no central system, no traceability. To audit someone's management, the solution was physical:
