Nomade Nation did not have a lead problem. It had a priority problem.
How Nomade Nation, a Spanish manufacturer of premium camper vans worth around €80,000, went from relying on the discretion of each sales rep to an orderly, measurable process with no forgotten leads.
2,200–2,500 tasks per month per sales rep · 200–250 calls per day · ~70% contactability rate
Data declared by Nomade Nation. Period: 2026.
Before
From marketing, Nomade Nation brought in a huge number of leads: Meta Ads, the website, trade shows, some Instagram videos that went viral. The problem appeared afterwards. Each lead entered HubSpot, a sequence of emails started, and from there, the same sales rep went through the entire journey: finding the lead with real interest, calling them, informing them, closing the sale, and doing the follow-up.
With one or two people in sales, it worked. With more volume, it stopped working. Each sales rep decided their day based on their own criteria. Some leads cooled off along the way, and the sales manager could only judge their team by the month's sales. Furthermore, it is not an easy product: an €80,000 camper van has many technical and pricing variables, and models are updated almost every month.
"Each sales rep had to decide every day what was a priority based on their own criteria: do I follow up?, do I send a visit reminder?, do I call the leads that haven't been contacted? Everything depended on individual criteria, and that works with low volume, but it stops scaling and the dependence on that sales rep is absolute."
The Change
They came to Vixiees through a recommendation from Julio Ribes, one of their investors, who was already using the platform. They didn't need to change their CRM: HubSpot remains their database. What they were missing was the operational layer on top, the one that organizes the work and gives the entire team the same criteria.
With Vixiees they set up three things:
Two complementary teams. Filter detects who has real interest and provides them with all the information. Close takes care of warm leads: follow-up, in-person visits, and closing.
Priorities by channel. Marketing and sales defined the order together. First goes whoever requests a call on the website; then, the rest of the channels according to their investment and quality. The sales rep only clicks "next task".
Marketing-controlled messaging. WhatsApp and email templates, and the product sheet for each model, updated by marketing so the sales team doesn't have to carry that burden.
"I think management is easy, because you don't depend on 'I have a phone here, I have this there'. It's a next task button and you have all the materials." [confirm wording: condensed quote from the interview]
The Results
Today, each filter sales rep performs between 2,200 and 2,500 tasks per month and the team manages between 200 and 250 calls per day, with a contactability rate close to 70% for digital leads. Nomade has gone from working blindly to knowing how many leads are contacted, how many go uncontacted, and how many move on to closing.
This visibility has also improved the conversation between sales and marketing. If the filter team detects that many leads are asking about rentals, marketing knows they need to adjust the acquisition. If they request a new message, the template is created.

"Vixiees is not the cause of all that growth, but it is the layer that has allowed the sales team to absorb and convert that volume without breaking down. It's what has prevented growing in sales from turning into operational chaos."
In a single sentence
"To industrialize, for me, is to be able to grow while being consistent and measurable without losing the personal touch that a premium brand like ours demands."
