Grupo Gayosso did not have a lead generation problem. It had a speed and process problem.
How Grupo Gayosso, with over 150 years of history in funeral and pre-need services in Mexico, turned its digital acquisition into a disciplined execution system and grew its digital sales by more than fivefold.
×5.4 digital sales · <15 min to first contact · >85% contact rate
Data reported by Grupo Gayosso. Period: 2026.
The Before
Grupo Gayosso was already generating a significant volume of digital leads for its family pre-need plans. The challenge lay in what happened next. The scattered arrival of leads created inconsistent response windows, and the first contact could take hours or even days.
Each advisor used their own method, follow-ups were inconsistent, and there was no centralized visibility into each lead's status. For a product where families make crucial decisions about protecting their estate, that delay translated into lost opportunities and an experience far below the standard the brand aimed to provide.
The Shift
Grupo Gayosso implemented Vixiees as its commercial execution platform, integrated with its SAP corporate infrastructure. Vixiees orchestrates omnichannel interactions (phone, WhatsApp, email, and assisted dialing) and ensures that 100% of digital leads enter standardized, measurable workflows.
The team of 30 advisors was organized into a digital squad focused on providing immediate contact, guidance, and support to funeral pre-need service prospects.
Automated shift distribution, assisted dialing, and standardized scripts provided the entire team with a single working methodology, backed by end-to-end traceability.
“The priority was to transform digital acquisition into a disciplined, consistent execution system with end-to-end traceability.”
The Results
In the first nine months of the year, closed sales from digital acquisition increased by more than 5.4 times compared to the same period of the previous year. The turning point arrived with the platform: between July and September, the monthly pace of contracts grew by over 115% compared to the first months of the year, and the lead-to-contract conversion improved by more than 27% in relative terms. Additionally, the average contract value rose by 7.2%, driven by a more consultative sales approach.
