Bcount didn't have a lead problem. It had an execution problem.
How Bcount, an AI-powered tax agency receiving up to 2,000 leads a month, multiplied its MRR by 2.5 without changing its marketing.
+180% in conversion · ×2.5 in MRR · record sales month after month

The before
Bcount receives between 1,000 and 2,000 inbound leads per month, continuously, with a small team. Their customer is the micro-SME —fewer than 10 employees— and their sales cycle is short and intensive: less than 10 days, with many phases and subtasks.
The conversion rate was at the market benchmark. The problem was not marketing, or the ICP, or the team. It was that the execution of the funnel depended on artisanal decisions: the intuition and experience of each salesperson. And there is a ceiling there.
"When you have to decide the next task among 25 typologies, with 200 open tasks at the same time... no matter how smart you are, you are not a CPU."
The clearest symptom was a clogged funnel: open leads that no longer had a next task, neither won nor lost, piling up without moving.
"Our funnel would fill up with leads we couldn't follow up on. A kind of garbage dump was generated that you didn't know what to do with."
The change
They were looking for a sequencing platform, but Vixiees solved much more: it unified phone, WhatsApp (via API), email, and tasks into a single screen, connected with their CRM, and even integrated their own WhatsApp AI agents. For a technical and data-obsessed team, it was a no-brainer.
The real work was internal: defining their business criteria and breaking down a playbook of about 40 tasks, with 40 different priorities, that fit into a cycle of less than 10 days. It took them several months to find their recipe. The first few months they worked in hybrid mode (Vixiees + Pipedrive); since January, 100% Vixiees.
"You input your business criteria, the system runs it through a blender, and fires off what the next most optimal action is."
There was some hesitation at first —trusting the "next task" button is not immediate. Once fine-tuned, the team stopped looking back.
"They can't live without Vixiees anymore. You trust your next task button so much that the world is simpler: less stress, you are much more guided."
The results
Before | After | |
|---|---|---|
Next task | Decided by salesperson's intuition | Prioritized by the system according to business criteria |
Stagnated leads | Funnel full of leads with no task ("garbage dump") | Every lead moves forward: to won or to lost |
Channels | Scattered phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM | Unified on a single screen |
Conversion | At market benchmark | +180% vs. the previous month |
Monthly MRR | — | ×2.5, historical record every month |
"Since we went 100% Vixiees, we have been breaking sales records month after month."
Moreover, everything is tracked: calls, WhatsApp, email, and time spent on each stage. Bcount crosses funnel data with team performance to decide where to optimize. And they use the live coaching feature —"the ear"— to whisper into the calls of new hires, address objections, and fine-tune the pitch, which has shortened the onboarding time for every rep.
